At Shree Ji Darbar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below are the guidelines for cancellations and refunds:

1. Booking Cancellation:

   • Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before check-in.

   • To cancel, email us at shreejidarbarofficial@gmail.com with your booking ID.

2. Refunds:

   • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after approval.

   • Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

3. Exclusions:

   • Refunds are not applicable for same-day cancellations or promotional bookings.
